Biography
A leader shaped by service.
Professional Background
Her professional experience spans organizational development, human resources, leadership development, workforce strategy, nonprofit operations, and change management. Throughout her career, she has designed systems, developed policies, facilitated organizational improvement initiatives, and equipped leaders with practical tools that strengthen organizational effectiveness.
Sorority Service
As a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Latoya has served in multiple leadership capacities and understands both the opportunities and challenges volunteer leaders encounter while balancing service, professional responsibilities, and personal commitments.
The Spark for the Institute
Serving in financial leadership reinforced a simple truth: financial officers often inherit responsibilities without inheriting systems. That realization inspired The Stewards Circle Institute.
Rather than creating isolated templates or one-time resources, Latoya envisioned an educational library that helps organizations build consistent financial practices, preserve institutional knowledge, strengthen governance, and prepare future leaders for long-term success.
Guiding Philosophy
"Stewardship is not merely about managing finances — it is about faithfully managing the trust, resources, and mission entrusted to every leader."
— Latoya M. Jeeter
