READY™ Conference Program
Prepare early. Save consistently. Attend ready. Return with purpose.
READY™ is our flagship financial readiness program for conferences and leadership opportunities. Members plan for the full cost of attending, build a savings rhythm that fits real life, learn alongside an accountability circle, and turn the experience into measurable impact back home.
Step 1
Set the goal
Name the conference, boule, or leadership opportunity you are preparing for.
Step 2
Estimate the real cost
Registration, travel, lodging, meals, attire, and the line items most budgets miss.
Step 3
Build the savings plan
Choose a weekly, twice-monthly, or monthly rhythm you can realistically keep.
Step 4
Attend ready
Track progress, follow your roadmap, and return with a plan for chapter impact.
READY™ is an educational planning tool. It does not manage or hold funds and does not replace your chapter's budget, bylaws, or official sorority directives.

About the Founder
Meet Latoya M. Jeeter
An organizational leadership professional and nonprofit governance advocate, Latoya has served in multiple leadership capacities within Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated and understands what volunteer leaders carry.
Financial officers often inherit responsibilities without inheriting systems.
That realization inspired The Stewards Circle Institute — an educational library that helps organizations build consistent practices and prepare future leaders.
Educational Purpose
An independent educational resource
Our publications, templates, and planning tools support learning and policy development. They are not official publications of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated and do not replace any International, Regional, State, or Chapter governing document. Review every resource alongside your own bylaws, financial policies, and applicable laws before adopting it.
Build stronger leaders, stronger systems, and stronger organizations.
Whether you are beginning your first year as Treasurer, preparing for an audit, strengthening your chapter's financial policies, or mentoring the next generation of financial leaders, The Stewards Circle Institute is here to support your journey.
Together, one act of faithful stewardship at a time.
